When I was little, I used to dream that one day I would find a treasure. I wanted this so much that I once took a rhinestone-covered button from my mother's sewing box, and with a needle pried each one out. Then I showed them to my parents, and said: I found diamonds in the lot next door!
Now I constantly find treasures. In the shadows of trees, in the images of history books, in visions in my mind. I see connections, shapes and ideas that I can use to create. These are the gems that the world gives me.
