I’ve always seen hand talismans as symbols of protection: a reminder that living from the heart is the truest way to live. When I feel something deeply, my hand naturally goes to my chest, as if to hold what I feel with care. That gesture reminds me that by honoring what we feel, we stay true to who we are, and that truth is our real protection.
Over time, I’ve come to see that protection isn’t about holding on, it’s about surrender. When we let go of what isn’t meant for us, or who we no longer are, we return to ourselves. And in that return lies our true freedom, our real safety, our pure existence, untied to the past or the future.
